After more than 32 years as a pharmaceutical executive with Johnson & Johnson, I retired, starting my own management development company, Greninger and Associates, Inc., whose clients included nationally known retailers, realtors and charitable organizations. Now fully retired, we have been enjoying our ranch, R G BAR Paint Horses, in the small mountain community of Prescott in north-central Arizona. Most of our adult lives were spent in Southern California (East San Diego County) and North Texas (near Fort Worth) where we bred and raised Paint Horses. I have served on a variety of community boards and continue to work with a number of charities, most notably Heart To Heart International, Sister Cities International, all three Prescott Sister City Committees and local Arizona organizations such as the Prescott Frontier Days®, Inc. Community Service Foundation. I have also served as a task force member and advisor to four Prescott mayors, on projects ranging from the retention of the Prescott Frontier Days®, Inc. Rodeo at its historic location and, more recently, to the development of enhanced community relations between Prescott and cities in Sonora, México; Suchitoto, El Salvador and Zeitz, Germany.
