Shannon Twilling, M.A. is a key member of ASM’s Archaeological Records Office (ARO) for more than 12 years. Her professional experience in Arizona archaeology, GIS and mapping, and regulatory process has proven invaluable in ARO functions and its interface with contract archaeologists. Ms. Twilling coordinates and reviews Arizona Antiquities Act (AAA) permit applications and assists with the enforcement of the AAA reporting requirements. She brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in cultural resources management, including more than 10 years of service as a AAA-permitted Project Director and Principal Investigator. Her primary research focus is the Hohokam.
